Functieomschrijving
Within the HRM organization of this company, Recruiting & Staffing is part of the Talent Management COE. Together with 4 colleagues in Recruiting & Staffing Europe the recruiters are responsible for executing the company's Recruitment and Selection processes and contributing to implementation of employer branding strategy and process improvement.
The Challenge:
· Develop sourcing plans together with line mgt., HR mgt. and recruiting team to attract talent for the long and short term.
· Organize and execute recruitment and selection processes according to the agreed recruitment process (recruitment handbook, e-recruitment system).
· Prepare candidates with company information and the selection procedure. Inform candidates during all stages of the selection process on their status.
· Building knowledge on the effectiveness of sourcing channels (job boards, advertisements, networks, etc.) in order to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
· Conduct research on relevant labour market developments. Develop a network with universities, peer companies, search & selection agencies.
· Translate job description into recruitment profiles, challenge line management and HR management on achievability of demand and agreed start date of new staff.
· Organize company visits, present the company at Educational Institutes and Job fairs for relevant target groups.
· Act as an account manager for a defined group of internal clients, share relevant developments regarding recruitment with the internal client. Engage internal client in getting committed to a professional recruitment process.
Profiel
- Experienced recruiter, preferable in international corporate environment
- Master work & think level
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in recruiting & staffing and/or HR
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, selection techniques and assessment methodologies
- Knowledge of effectiveness of various recruiting sourcing techniques such as job boards, advertising, social media and recruiting agencies
- Experienced advisor towards senior management
- Competencies: strong communication skills (written & oral) in English & Dutch, assessment skills, customer focus, drive for results, planning & organization skills, presentation skills
- Personality: conceptual thinker with pragmatic attitude. Independent and challenging personality.
