Functie omschrijving

We are looking for an HR Manager DACH for the location Köln in Germany for a period of at least 3 months. The role is to replace maternity leave which will last 2 years.

The HR Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs for Össur DACH. Develops, executes and maintains HR policies to support the company in achieving an effective workforce. Assists and advices company managers about Human Resources issues.

The HR Manager will support DACH leaders across talent management, employee relations and as well as have involvement in projects including acquisition integration.
The focus of this position is on the people aspects of organizational transitions. The HR Manager supports the change process of the integration of acquired companies and the creation of the new business structure.

As a member of a the DACH business unit, reporting to the Managing Director DACH, the HR Manager will also partner with members of the HR team EMEA (in The Netherlands, UKk and Iceland), and work collaboratively to implement HR policies, practices and procedures.

Functie eisen

You are a dynamic experienced HRM, 10 years of experience. You are a persuasive Business Partner focused on development and change. You are a critical interlocutor and able to counterbalance it.

You meet the following requirements:

  • at least one completed HBO study programme Personnel & Organisation or equivalent,
  • working experience in Germany
  • HR change management experience
  • excellent German and English communication and strong influencing skills

As you will work in a very international environment, multicultural interest and sensitivity is required.


This assignment is preferably done via payrolling, but independent interim hr professionals can also respond by stating the hourly rate.
