Functie omschrijving

As HR manager Europe you are accountable for delivering HR advice and solutions to managers and employees active in 7 different countries across different business and service units. You will collaborate with senior leaders, Controllers and global HR business partners to establish business results in Europe. The role requires both strategic thinking as well tactical and hands on execution in a dynamic and demanding business environment. Main focus is on the full spectrum of talent management and organizational development for people and teams active in Europe. As part of the global HR team you will participate in and be able to lead global projects aimed at further improving our HR added value and repositioning HR. You will report directly to the Sr. Director HR EMEA & Global HR business partner. Due to the international character of the job, you will be required to travel on a frequent basis.

Functie eisen

We are searching for a seasoned professional with a master of science and 3-8 years of experience in an international (high tech) environment. Your main focus is on building sustainable and effective relationships with senior management. You act autonomously in a fast and changing environment with a variety of interests. And, you point out business opportunities to take focused measures and orchestrate targeted interventions. You are able to plan, organize and execute projects in international cross functional teams. You must be capable to translate ASM’s vision and values in practice.
